Booking & Confirmation
Minimum Group Size
The MICE package is applicable for groups with a minimum of 20 participants. For smaller groups, pricing may vary.
Booking Confirmation
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be settled 15 days prior to the event date.
Late Bookings
For bookings made less than 15 days before the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment Terms
Deposit Payments
Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed options.
Final Payment
The final payment must be made 15 days before the event to avoid cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
15+ days prior to arrival: Full refund of the balance payment
7-15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total package cost is chargeable
Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total package cost is chargeable
Amendments & Changes
Changes to the Package
Any amendments (such as changes in participant numbers, room requirements, or additional services) must be communicated to the resort at least 7 days prior to the event. Charges may apply for additional services or changes.
Reduction in Group Size
Reducing participant numbers after the final confirmation may result in charges based on the number of guaranteed participants.
Event Spaces & Setup
Use of Conference Rooms & Facilities
The allocation of event spaces (conference rooms, outdoor venues) is based on group size and availability at the time of booking. Specific requests for venues should be made in advance.
Setup & Equipment

Cancellation & Rescheduling

In the unlikely event that the resort has to cancel the booking (e.g., due to natural disasters, government restrictions), guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to reschedule the event.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 15 days prior to the event date. Rescheduling within 15 days of the event may result in additional charges.
Liability
Damage to Property
The client is responsible for any damage caused to resort property during the stay or event by participants. Charges will be assessed based on the damage incurred.
Personal Belongings
The resort is not liable for the loss or theft of personal items. Guests are encouraged to use the safes provided in the rooms for valuables.
Health & Safety
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that participants follow all health and safety guidelines while on the premises.
Force Majeure
Unforeseeable Circumstances
The resort is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under the package due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest). In such cases, alternative dates or refunds will be negotiated.
Legal & Dispute Resolution
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the local laws of the region where the resort is located.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the MICE package will be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to arbitration or legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
